How do I place my order?

Simply click on the product you wish to order. Select your size, then place in your cart. Payment request will follow.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed in the USA will typically be received in 5-7 business days or sooner, once the order has been processed.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to our sensitivity to hygiene, we are unable to accept any returns on our feathers underwear. Should you need exchange an unopened item please feel free to contact our customer service department via telephone or email.

How do I cancel or change my order?
